The offical site dedicated to the arts of Underground Arts tattoo studio, Tattoo Museums Inc., National Tattoo Museum and the Underground Arts venue.
Situated on 29 Wigan street, Wellington, New Zealand, the tattoo studios are open Tuesday - Sunday between the hours of 12:00 - 5:30pm, with the exception of Friday & Saturday when we're open until 9:00pm. If you would like to make an appointment outside of these hours that can be arranged. Underground Arts is owned by S.G. Maddock, a well respected Tattoo artist in New Zealand and founder of the The National Tattoo Museum. It is the only Museum of its kind in the South Pacific. This Museum showcases indiginous and contemporary tattoos from not only New Zealand, but throughout the world.
